Q:What does the Day Meeting Package include?
A:Everything a meeting planner could ask for in one complete pricing package: your use of meeting room, choice of gourmet buffet lunch & continuous refreshments throughout the day, all your audio-visual needs, conference services including a designated meeting planner and audio-visual assistance, use of copier, fax. Service charge is included. Tax is not included.
Q:Who does your catering?
A:The Lodge is managed by Eurest Dining Services, a division of Compass Group, the largest food service company in the world.
Q:How far in advance do we have to book?
A:It depends on the size of your event and how firm you are with a specific date or time of year. If you are more flexible with your date or time of year, then we usually have availability. If you’re interested in The Lodge, we encourage you to contact us today.
Q:Do we have to bring our own audio-visual equipment?
A:No. Each conference is equipped with AV and project capabilities from your laptop. Any equipment that we do not have onsite can be rented.
Q:How early can we get in to set up?
A:Typically, we allow our guests into the building for setup a half-hour before the meeting starts.
Q:Can you accommodate vegetarian and other special dietary needs?
Q:Are there overnight accommodations?
A:Not at the Lodge; however, we work with all the area hotels and will be glad to help you with reservations, often at discounted rates.
Q:How far is the airport?
A:The Syracuse airport is approximately 30 minutes from us. We can also assist you with transportation services if required.
