
Everything a meeting planner could ask for in one complete pricing package: your use of meeting room, choice of gourmet buffet lunch & continuous refreshments throughout the day, all your audio-visual needs (LCD projectors, document cameras, VCR, DVD, CD, speaker phones, dry erase boards, flipchart/markers, microphones, supply cabinet in room, DSL lines for internet access), conference services including a designated meeting planner and audio-visual assistance, use of copier, fax. Service charge and tax are also included.
We do. Our kitchen and staff are on site and they are tremendous.
The building itself was built in 1999, but wasn’t opened to the public until 2002.
It depends on the size of your event and how firm you are with a specific date or time of year. If you are more flexible with your date or time of year, then we usually have availability. If you’re interested in The Lodge, we encourage you to contact us today.
All of our rooms are equipped with state of the art equipment. LCD projectors are built into each room along with document cameras, VCR’s, DVD players, dry erase boards, and flipcharts/markers. We also have a laptop that can be used by customers as well as a portable LCD projector and screen for presentations outside of the room. Any equipment that we do not have on site can also be rented.
Typically, we allow our guests into the building for setup a half-hour before the meeting starts.

Not at the Lodge; however, we work with all the area hotels and will be glad to help you with reservations, often at discounted rates.
The Syracuse airport is approximately 30 minutes from us. We can also assist you with transportation services if required.
